Here's how it works!

• Client pre-pays for the maintenance package that best suits their needs. We offer 6, 8, 10, 12, & 16 hour maintenance plans.
• The hours of work in each maintenance plan are to be used within a period of 30 days from the start date of the maintenance plan. (Unused time does not carry over into another 30 day period)
• Changes are made in increments of 15 minutes to maximize your dollar and time efficiency.
• You send us an email listing the site changes. Or give us a call and we can take your changes over the phone.
• The list of updates are reviewed. At this point we will ask any questions about the changes if necessary.
• Updates are made and posted live or at a temporary page for review.
• Changes are typically made within 24-48 hours.

Our hourly rate for maintenance is $40/hr. We also have pre-paid web maintenance plans available. The pricing structure is above. We have been using this maintenance model for a while now and from our experience we feel the pre-paid plan gives our clients a good idea of what it's like to work with us without committing to a long term relationship right away. Although our goal is to build a great relationship and continually work with the client.

Let us work with you for 30 days and see how it goes. During that time we will strive to make your website maintenance a streamlined and easy process so you will feel confident in having Ravenbox handle your website updates. At the end of the 30 day period you are not obligated to sign up right away for another plan. That's the beauty of our maintenance packages. You only pay when you are ready to have the work done. When that time comes we know that you will have had such a great experience working with us that you will sign up for another package when you are ready.
